Véronique Guérin is the managing director of the Bureau Européen de l’Agriculture Française (BEAF), the European Office of French Agriculture, in Brussels. She is also the permanent representative in Brussels of the Fédération Nationale des Syndicats d’Exploitants Agricoles (FNSEA), the main French farmers union.

She studied at Tours University where she graduated in public and administrative law (1989 university degree, 1990 Masters), and received a postgraduate degree “European Lawyers” in 1991.

From 2004 – 2010 she was Head of studies at BEAF. From 1997 to 2004 she was the permanent representative in Brussels of CFCA (now COOP de France), the body representing French agri-cooperatives. From 1991 – 1997 she was a junior policy advisor for a consultancy firm.

She was elected a member of the ERAB Board of Directors on 15th February 2016.
